AND THE WINNER IS . . .

Well, it's official. The name of the official Lisa Lampanelli fan club has been chosen. Lisa's fan club will be called "The Lampa-Hooha's" (a nod to one of Lisa's most requested lines from her 2005 CD/DVD, "Take It Like a Man"). The chosen name was submitted by none other than Joni Iadevaia of Naples, FL, a Lisa groupie from way back, out of the 29 names she sent in over the past few weeks.
Joni, of course, will be Lisa's "Fan of the Month" for September/October, and will receive a free one-year membership to the club (a $30 value).
Stay tuned to these mailings and to Lisa's myspace page for details on becoming a "Lampa-Hooha" and the many benefits available to members, including private meet-and-greets, exclusive merchandise, a kick-ass welcome package from Lisa, fan conversations with the Queen of Mean herself, and fan-club-only web content.

The
New York Post is right again! Insults—and the Queen of Mean—are all
the rage. Lisa, Joy Behar, Jeff Ross, and living legend Don Rickles
were in this article and had a lot to say about the art of the putdown.
That's right—SHE DID IT! Comedy's Lovable Queen of Mean
was two-for-two in June when sheroasted Howard Stern sidekick Artie Lange and living legend Jerry Lewis
ALL IN ONE WEEK! Lisa tore it up first in the Sirius Satellite Radio studios
when she took on Artie, all the Stern cronies, and comedians Colin Quinn
and Nick DiPaolo. Then it was on to the New York Hilton where Lisa brought
the house down during the NY Friars Club Roast of Jerry Lewis. The Queen
lambasted the man of the hour and special guests Robert DeNiro,Martin
Scorsese, Nathan Lane and Abe Vigoda, to name just a few. Read the synopsis
in The New York Observer to see how Lisa—and her fellow Friars—fared.
The rest of the summer for Lisa Lampanelli will be just as big. In July, Lisa will shoot a movie
with her Blue Collar buddies Bill Engvall and Larry the Cable Guy. Don't worry—it's not a porn!
It's "Delta Farce," a comedy that finds the co-stars playing two hunters about to be accidentally deployed to

this time playing Bill Engvall's trailer trash wife.
